Ritual Dance - "Alchemy"

"Zero Era of Noise" with Maldoror - Milan, Italy
Very much linked to the current ideology, this old video expresses the void between appearing and being. It is inspired by
Isidore Ducasse Count of Lautreamont (1846-1870) and Guy Debord (1931-1994).
A poem created by Cataldo Dino Meo, music by Raffaele Serra, photographs by Pietro Borsi . Voice and Dance by Clare Ann Matz.
In the struggle to appear, have we forgotten the essence of being? The age in which most strive to be recognized and remembered, by Facebook, Myspace or LinkedIn, isn't it curious this also be the age in which Alzheimer's disease (an illness that progressively deletes memory ) is ever more diffused?
"I wish to be remembered as..." was once the issue, but now it seems to be "Who will I be remembered by?" Everyone busy (like I myself) to be showcased, to communicate, to "let the world know" but no one is watching...
Why are we living in the past and for the future and not for the present?
